Joint Agency Meeting DOH/LCB/WSDA Medical Excise Tax Exemption

WACA will convene its full and associate members with representatives from the Department of Health, WSLCB and WSDA to support ongoing dialogue and help resolve confusion about the implementation and rulemaking for the Medical Excise Tax Exemption passed by the 2024 legislature.
